About Commissions

In art, a commission is the act of requesting the creation of a piece on behalf of a client or individual who has either seen a piece of art they loved but had already sold or the dimensions were not quite right for the space. I am always thrilled to take on a commission and let the creating begin!

The Process

The process begins with a visit to the clients home to see where the artwork will hang. I like to see the colour’s and textures of the space so I can incorporate small parts of the surroundings into the work. I also suggest that the client has a look at my previous work to note which elements and methods they prefer.

Payment: A 25% deposit is required. The remainder either by instalments or one final payment when the Artwork is complete.

Framing: Not included in the price but I am only too happy to help with suggestions.
